Owners Matt and Regina Shipp have owned and operated four restaurants.  Chef Matt Shipp is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has gained experience working in restaurants from New Orleans to New York.

Shipp's Harbour Grill is located at 27844 Canal Road in Orange Beach, Alabama, next to Sportsman Marina.
